An automotive company needed urgent modernisation of its IT system, which was slowing down development and generating rising costs. The outdated infrastructure had security vulnerabilities, and all changes were deployed directly to production - without a test environment.

What we did

We began with an infrastructure audit - identifying redundant server resources, analysing security gaps, and mapping the architecture. Based on this, we designed a modernisation plan covering code optimisation, implementation of test and production environments, process automation, and migration to a CI/CD architecture.
