The starting point
Lack of distinctive brand presentation
The previous messaging didn't explain the brokerage offer and didn't build the trust required in the insurance industry.
Insufficiently clear portfolio
Visitors didn't get a quick picture of the scope of insurance services and the company's advantages.
Fragmented contact path
Key CTAs weren't prominently placed, which extended the journey to an enquiry.
What we did structurally
New visual direction
We designed a new visual direction tailored to the insurance industry.
Portfolio section redesign
We restructured the content layout so that the insurance offer and additional services are quickly scannable.
Clear conversion points
CTA and contact section placement supports the user's decision to initiate a conversation.

About the project
GrandFox is a Kraków-based brokerage firm specialising in motor and property insurance. The company needed a website that reflects the professionalism of its services and builds trust from the first point of contact - both with individual clients and companies seeking fleet coverage.
The previous site didn’t explain the offer. Clients called with basic questions that a well-designed site could have answered before anyone reached for the phone.
What we did
The project was carried out in collaboration with designer Kamil Solipiwko - Hexacode was responsible for the entire technical layer: implementing the visual design in WordPress, performance optimisation, contact form configuration, and full responsiveness across mobile devices.
Key decisions concerned content hierarchy - how to take a visitor from “I’m looking for insurance” to “I’m sending an enquiry” in as few steps as possible. The site was designed so that the film production portfolio (an additional line of GrandFox’s business) is “scannable” - a B2B client sees the production level within seconds.
After deployment, we took over site maintenance as part of an ongoing collaboration.
