About the project
Krakowska Szkoła Restauratorów is the leader of Polish barista education with 15 years of experience. Despite a strong market position, the school was losing clients due to an outdated site and manual enrolment handling — registration was only possible by phone during office hours.
What we built
We designed a new site with a visual identity reflecting the experience of a market leader. The key element: a course planning module with an online registration system — participants register themselves in 2 minutes, at any time. A calendar for schedule management, dates, and seat availability in a single view.
We implemented a dedicated CRM for managing leads and course participants with automation of manual processes — enrolment handling and document preparation were reduced from hours to minutes. An analytics module collects statistics and presents them clearly. Stack: React.js, Node.js, WordPress. Full digitalisation of paperwork — from registration to certification.
