Label Art
End-to-end digital implementation for a professional garment printing manufacturer - from visual identity and website, through an e-commerce shop with product configurator, to integration with the client's internal warehouse system.

Key context
Label Art is a manufacturer of professional prints, embroideries, and branded clothing. The company had a broad offer - from t-shirts and sweatshirts through mugs and gadgets to embroideries and print materials - but the entire sales process relied on phone and email contact. There was no consistent identity, no site presenting the offer, and no system allowing clients to order independently.

- Project type
- E-commerce + visual identity
- Scope
- Visual identity, website, e-commerce shop with configurator, integration with client's warehouse system.
- Time to value
- From identity design to the first online order in a single implementation process.
- Business outcome
- From visual identity to a shop with warehouse integration - selling 24/7.
The starting point
No consistent visual identity
The company had no organised identity - marketing materials and online presence were inconsistent, making it difficult to build brand recognition.
No online sales channel
All sales relied on direct contact - clients couldn't browse the offer, compare options, or place orders independently.
Disconnected warehouse system
Stock levels were managed in a separate system - salespeople had no real-time view of availability, leading to delays and errors in fulfilment.
What we did structurally
Visual identity
We designed a consistent brand identity for Label Art - from the logo, through colours and typography, to marketing material templates. The new identity became the foundation of the entire online presence.
E-commerce shop with configurator
We built an online shop with a full product catalogue, colour variants, live previews, and the ability to place orders - without the need for phone contact.
Warehouse system integration
We connected the shop with the client's internal warehouse system - stock levels updated in real time, eliminating discrepancies between orders and actual availability.
How did the delivery process look?
Visual identity and strategy
We began with brand identity design and defining how Label Art should present itself online. We established the information architecture, product category hierarchy, and customer purchase journey.
Shop and catalogue build
We implemented the website with a full product catalogue, variant configurator, and ordering system. Every product presented with colour variants, branding technology description, and a live preview.
Warehouse integration and launch
We integrated the shop with the client's internal warehouse system via API. After testing stock synchronisation and order flow, we launched in production - with automatic availability updates.

Describe the projectFrom phone-only orders to 24/7 online sales
Clients can browse the offer, configure products, and place orders at any time
From visual identity, through website and shop, to system integration - one coherent process
Label Art underwent a transformation from a company selling exclusively by phone to a brand with a full digital presence. A consistent visual identity, a professional online shop with a product configurator, and warehouse integration enabled 24/7 order handling - without involving the sales team in every transaction. The project shows how a comprehensive E2E approach - from branding to system integration - can open up an entirely new revenue channel for a company.
About the project
Label Art is a manufacturer of professional prints, embroideries, and branded clothing. The company had a broad offer - t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, gadgets, embroideries, print materials - but all sales relied on phone and email contact. There was no consistent visual identity, no site presenting the offer, and no system for independent ordering.
End-to-end implementation
We carried out a comprehensive digital transformation: from visual identity (logo, colour scheme, typography, marketing material templates), through a website, to an e-commerce shop with a product configurator allowing clients to place orders independently 24/7.
The key element was integrating the shop with the client’s internal warehouse system - stock levels updated in real time eliminate discrepancies between orders and actual availability. We organised the catalogue architecture with filtering by product type, branding technology, and application.
The result? Clients order independently, and the sales team focuses on larger projects instead of handling every enquiry manually.
