The challenge

What needed to change

No consistent visual identity

The company had no organised identity - marketing materials and online presence were inconsistent, making it difficult to build brand recognition.

No online sales channel

All sales relied on direct contact - clients couldn't browse the offer, compare options, or place orders independently.

Disconnected warehouse system

Stock levels were managed in a separate system - salespeople had no real-time view of availability, leading to delays and errors in fulfilment.

Approach

Decisions that changed the system

Visual identity

We designed a consistent brand identity for Label Art - from the logo, through colours and typography, to marketing material templates. The new identity became the foundation of the entire online presence.

E-commerce shop with configurator

We built an online shop with a full product catalogue, colour variants, live previews, and the ability to place orders - without the need for phone contact.

Warehouse system integration

We connected the shop with the client's internal warehouse system - stock levels updated in real time, eliminating discrepancies between orders and actual availability.

Process

How the work progressed

Visual identity and strategy

We began with brand identity design and defining how Label Art should present itself online. We established the information architecture, product category hierarchy, and customer purchase journey.

Shop and catalogue build

We implemented the website with a full product catalogue, variant configurator, and ordering system. Every product presented with colour variants, branding technology description, and a live preview.

Warehouse integration and launch

We integrated the shop with the client's internal warehouse system via API. After testing stock synchronisation and order flow, we launched in production - with automatic availability updates.

Outcome

From phone-only orders to 24/7 online sales

Orders without a call the client configures the product

Clients browse the offer, pick variants, and place orders on their own - the team no longer handles every transaction by phone

Stock from the warehouse availability matching the client's system

Integration with the internal warehouse system removed the gap between an order and the product's actual availability

Label Art went from phone-only sales to 24/7 online orders. A consistent visual identity, a shop with a product configurator, and warehouse integration made it possible to take orders without involving the sales team in every transaction. From branding to system integration - one team, one project, a new revenue channel.
