Propertus
Corporate website and ongoing technical care for one of the most experienced property managers in Kraków. From design, through implementation, to daily maintenance and communication with external providers.

What the client was facing
Propertus — a Kraków property manager with over 18 years of experience — needed a professional website presenting the portfolio of managed properties and a stable technical partner for long-term site care.
What we did structurally
WordPress site with clear navigation
We designed a corporate site with a clear breakdown of services, property categories, and contact information. The structure takes the user from learning about the company to getting in touch.
Property catalogue with categorisation
Residential buildings, tenements, and office blocks — each category with a photo gallery and description. The client adds and updates properties independently through the WordPress panel.
Interactive property map
Google Maps integration showing the locations of managed properties in Kraków — a visual presentation of the company's scale of operations.
How did the delivery process look?
Needs analysis and design
We defined the site's goals: presenting the property portfolio, building credibility, and facilitating contact. We designed the structure and UX tailored to the target audience — residential communities and property owners.
WordPress implementation
We built the site on WordPress with full configuration: a hero slider, property catalogue with categories, service pages, a contact form with reCAPTCHA, and Google Maps integration.
Client team training
We trained the Propertus team on independent content publishing and property catalogue management in WordPress. We provided documentation and support at every stage.

About the project
Propertus is one of the most experienced property managers in Kraków — 18 years in the market and a portfolio of 67 managed properties. The company needed a professional website presenting the scale of its operations and a permanent technical partner for long-term site care.
What we built
A WordPress site with clear navigation taking visitors from learning about the company to getting in touch. A property catalogue with categorisation — residential buildings, tenements, office blocks — each category with a gallery and description. An interactive Google Maps map showing the locations of managed properties in Kraków — a visual presentation of the company’s scale.
The client adds and updates properties independently through the WordPress panel — 100% autonomy in content management without involving developers.
Ongoing technical care
This is an example of a support and maintenance model where Hexacode acts as a permanent technical partner. We took full responsibility for site maintenance: WordPress and plugin updates, monitoring, backups, and communication with hosting and domain providers. The client focuses on property management — we ensure the site operates stably and securely. Zero downtime.
