Phoenix — SejfNaDane
Catalogue shop for the Polish distributor of Phoenix fire-resistant safes — with comprehensive product data sheets, technical specifications, European certificates, and a categorisation system that makes it easy to find the right safe.

What challenges did we solve?
The Polish distributor of Phoenix fire-resistant safes needed a professional catalogue platform that would allow clients to independently compare models, check technical specifications and certificates — instead of relying solely on phone contact and printed catalogues.
Paper catalogue as the only information source
Clients had to request a PDF catalogue or visit the office to compare models — no online self-service search was possible.
Clear category structure
We designed navigation across 5 main categories — fire-resistant safes, fire-resistant cabinets, security safes, fire-resistant and security combination safes, laptop protection — with icons and descriptions on the homepage.
Complex technical specifications
Every safe is characterised by dozens of parameters — dimensions, weight, fire resistance class, certificates, capacity — which needed to be presented clearly.
Comprehensive product data sheets
Each model with a detailed description, external and internal dimensions, weight, resistance class, European certificates, capacity, and number of drawers — presented in a clear layout.
Extensive categorisation
The range included fire-resistant safes, fire-resistant cabinets, security safes, combination safes, and laptop protection — clients needed to quickly find the right category.
Search and filtering
A search system allowing safes to be found by name, series, or specification — with a downloadable PDF catalogue.
No product search
Without an online system, clients couldn't search for safes by specification, certificate, or intended use.
Quick contact and advisory
A prominently placed phone number and helpline on every subpage — clients could immediately consult their choice with a specialist.

About the project
Phoenix SejfNaDane is a catalogue shop for the Polish distributor of Phoenix fire-resistant safes (DISKUS Polska). The company relied on printed PDF catalogues and phone contact — clients couldn’t independently compare models, check technical specifications, or verify European certificates online.
What we built
We designed a catalogue platform with 5 main product categories — fire-resistant safes, fire-resistant cabinets, security safes, combination safes, and laptop protection. Every model has a comprehensive data sheet with detailed specifications: dimensions, weight, fire resistance class, certificates, capacity, and number of drawers.
The search system allows safes to be found by name, series, or specification. On every subpage we prominently placed the helpline number — clients compare models online and call with specific questions instead of asking “what do you have”. A PDF catalogue download for clients who prefer the offline format.
The result? The site took over the role of first advisor — clients arrive prepared, and the sales team focuses on closing.
How did the delivery process look?
Offer and information architecture analysis
We mapped the distributor's full range — product series, technical specifications, certificates, and category relationships. Based on this, we designed the catalogue structure and navigation hierarchy.
Product catalogue build
We implemented a catalogue system with comprehensive product data sheets, standardised technical parameter presentation, photo galleries, and PDF catalogue download.
Launch and optimisation
We launched the site with a full product database, search functionality, and contact form. We prominently placed the helpline and quick contact to make it easy for clients to move from browsing to speaking with an advisor.

Professional catalogue platform presenting the full safe range — with specifications, certificates, and quick contact.
From site launch, clients could independently compare safes and select the right model.
Catalogue shop with product categories, detailed technical data sheets, search functionality, and contact form.
Clear navigation through the full range — from fire-resistant safes to laptop protection
Clients can independently compare models, check specifications and certificates at any time
Full product catalogue available as PDF download for clients who prefer an offline format
The Phoenix catalogue platform transformed a printed PDF catalogue into an interactive sales tool. Clients could independently compare safe models, check European certificates and technical specifications — and when ready to buy, the helpline was right at hand. The project shows that even in a niche B2B industry, professional online product presentation can relieve the sales team and shorten the path to a decision.
