Titan Lux
Dedicated system supporting property development sales — from an attractive online offer presentation to a unit status and reservation management panel.

What challenges did we solve?
A property developer needed a tool that would professionally present the offer online and simultaneously streamline the internal sales process — from the client's first contact to reservation finalisation.
No online presence
The development had no dedicated website — potential buyers had to call or visit the office to learn about the offer.
Responsive sales landing page
We designed and implemented a page presenting the development — with visualisations, location description, finish standard, and the full apartment offer.
Manual unit status management
Information about available, reserved, and sold apartments was kept in spreadsheets — with no central update system.
Unit management panel
A dedicated admin panel allowing real-time status updates for units: available, reserved, sold — with instant reflection on the site.
Below-standard offer presentation
The lack of professional online visualisation of the development made it difficult to build trust and interest among potential buyers.
Professional visual layer
Graphics, styling, and layout tailored to the character of the premium development — building credibility and encouraging contact.
Delays in availability updates
Clients had no real-time view of which units were still available — leading to enquiries about already-sold units and wasted time on both sides.
Responsiveness across all devices
The site fully adapted for mobile, tablet, and desktop — so the offer is accessible anytime, anywhere.

About the project
Titan Lux is a residential development for which the developer needed a dedicated tool supporting sales — from professional online offer presentation to a unit status and reservation management panel.
What we built
A responsive sales landing page with development visualisations, location description, finish standard, and the full apartment offer. The key element: an admin panel allowing real-time unit status updates (available, reserved, sold) with instant reflection on the public site.
Graphics and layout tailored to the character of the premium development — building credibility and encouraging contact. The site fully responsive — the offer accessible on phone, tablet, and desktop. Potential buyers could browse the offer and check unit availability 24/7.
The outcome
The development ended with all units sold — 100% sold out. The site is no longer active, because it doesn’t need to be. The project demonstrates that well-considered technology genuinely supports the property sales process.
How did the delivery process look?
Developer needs analysis
We began by understanding the property sales process — what information is key for buyers, what the journey from interest to reservation looks like, and what data the sales team needs to manage.
Site design and implementation
We designed a landing page with a focus on the visual presentation of the development, a clear apartment offer structure, and intuitive contact forms.
Admin panel and deployment
We built a panel allowing the developer to independently manage unit statuses. After deployment, the site immediately started generating enquiries from interested buyers.

Changes in the admin panel reflected immediately on the public site
Titan Lux is an example of a project where simple, well-considered technology genuinely supported the property sales process. A dedicated landing page and unit management panel allowed the developer to professionally present the offer and smoothly carry out the sale of the entire development. The project is no longer active — simply because it doesn't need to be. All units have found their owners.
