The starting point
No professional online presence
The company had no modern website, making it difficult to build client trust and demonstrate professionalism in the transport industry
Low search engine visibility
The lack of SEO optimisation meant difficulty reaching potential clients searching for transport services online
Limited mobile access
The absence of a responsive site prevented clients from comfortably browsing the offer on mobile devices - critical in the logistics industry
What we did structurally
Modern graphic design
A clear layout leading from routes and pricing to contact.
Full responsiveness
Site adapted for all devices - computers, smartphones, and tablets with fast loading times.
Clear service presentation
Clear presentation of the transport offer, pricing, routes, and FAQ section for clients.

Describe the projectProfessional online presence
Clients check routes and prices without calling - they get in touch when they're ready to book
The owner updates routes, pricing, and information without external help
Site optimised for phrases related to Poland-Ukraine transport
Ukraine.Travel gained a site that clearly presents the transport offer and makes it easy for clients to get in touch. The CMS allows independent content updates.
About the project
Ukraine Travel is a transport company handling passenger routes on the Poland–Ukraine route. Before our collaboration, the company operated without a professional online presence - clients called with questions about routes, timetables, and prices, because there was nowhere to find this information independently.
The site was meant to solve a specific problem: move repetitive phone enquiries to the online channel.
What we did
We designed and implemented a WordPress site focused on clear presentation of routes and timetables. The content structure was designed for search engines - transport phrases on the Poland–Ukraine route, city names, specific connections. These were exactly the questions clients had previously been asking by phone.
The CMS panel gives the owner complete independence - changing a timetable, adding a new route, updating pricing without involving a developer.
The result? Clients call to book - not to ask questions. The site took over the information role that previously required a dedicated person for phone handling.
