About the project

An automotive company needed urgent modernisation of its IT system, which was slowing down development and generating rising costs. The outdated infrastructure had security vulnerabilities, and all changes were deployed directly to production - without a test environment.

What we did

We began with an infrastructure audit - identifying redundant server resources, analysing security gaps, and mapping the architecture. Based on this, we designed a modernisation plan covering code optimisation, implementation of test and production environments, process automation, and migration to a CI/CD architecture. Technology stack: PHP, Node.js, Java, AWS.

About the project

HistoriaSzkod.pl is a SaaS platform and public API for verifying vehicle damage history by VIN number. The user enters a number, receives a comprehensive report - with a damage timeline, warnings, legal status, valuation, and photo gallery - and finalises the purchase in one uninterrupted flow.

The project was carried out in collaboration with Datazen. The key challenge was building a high-performance API that combines multiple external data sources into a single report and handles heavy traffic without response time degradation.

Historia Szkód - browser extension

About the project

The Historia Szkód plugin is a browser extension with which we expanded the HistoriaSzkod.pl service. It detects VIN numbers directly on listing pages and checks a vehicle’s damage history in the background - without leaving the listing, without copying the number, without waiting in a separate tab.

Previously, checking a single car meant several steps: leave the listing, open HistoriaSzkod.pl, paste the VIN, and wait for the result. When you’re browsing a dozen or more listings at once, that’s a lot of lost time and drop-offs halfway through. With the plugin the result appears instantly, in the context of the listing - the user gains time and flow, and the barrier to using the service disappears.

Krakowska Szkoła Restauratorów is the leader of Polish barista education with 15 years of experience. Despite a strong market position, the school was losing clients due to an outdated site and manual enrolment handling - registration was only possible by phone during office hours.

What we built

We designed a new site with a visual identity reflecting the experience of a market leader. The key element: a course planning module with an online registration system - participants register themselves in 2 minutes, at any time. A calendar for schedule management, dates, and seat availability in a single view.

GrandFox Rental is a film equipment rental company operating in the Kraków market. The challenge was presenting a large and varied catalogue - cameras, lighting, sound, accessories - in a clear and easy-to-navigate way, with a straightforward path to contact.

Previously, clients called with questions like “what do you have” instead of “I want to book this specific set”. The site was meant to change that pattern.

The previous site didn’t explain the offer. Clients called with basic questions that a well-designed site could have answered before anyone reached for the phone.

Zaczarowane Smaki is a restaurant with ambition - signature cuisine, an intimate interior, and clients who return. What was missing was a site that conveyed this level and simultaneously solved a practical problem: phone reservations required a dedicated person to handle calls.

What we did

We designed a site that combines an aspirational image with online reservation functionality. A professional dish gallery builds appetite and positions the restaurant in the premium segment - the client sees the level of cuisine before crossing the threshold.

Propertus is an experienced property manager in Kraków - 18 years in the market and a portfolio of 67 managed properties. The company needed a professional website presenting the scale of its operations and a technical partner for long-term site maintenance.

What we built

A WordPress site with clear navigation taking visitors from learning about the company to getting in touch. A property catalogue with categorisation - residential buildings, tenements, office blocks - each category with a gallery and description. An interactive Google Maps map showing the locations of managed properties in Kraków - a visual presentation of the company’s scale.

About the project

Promolist is a SaaS platform for finding business partners among over 5.4 million companies in Poland and reaching them with an offer by traditional post - directly from within the system. The project combined aggregation of scattered public data with a simple search interface and direct integration with Polish Post.

How it works

We built an engine aggregating data from government systems, public registers, and official territorial databases - including Poczta Polska’s postal code database. An interactive map with the ability to draw custom search areas, multi-level filters (PKD, location, business status, registration date), and instant results from over 6.5 million indexed addresses.

Titan Lux is a residential development for which the developer needed a dedicated tool supporting sales - from professional online offer presentation to a unit status and reservation management panel.

What we built

A responsive sales landing page with development visualisations, location description, finish standard, and the full apartment offer. The key element: an admin panel allowing real-time unit status updates (available, reserved, sold) with instant reflection on the public site.

About the project

Label Art is a manufacturer of professional prints, embroideries, and branded clothing. The company had a broad offer - t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, gadgets, embroideries, print materials - but all sales relied on phone and email contact. There was no consistent visual identity, no site presenting the offer, and no system for independent ordering.

End-to-end implementation

We carried out a comprehensive digital transformation: from visual identity (logo, colour scheme, typography, marketing material templates), through a website, to an e-commerce shop with a product configurator allowing clients to place orders independently 24/7.

About the project

ATAL Francuska Park is a multi-building residential development by developer ATAL in Kraków.

The challenge was that a multi-building development requires interactive online presentation. Static PDFs with floor plans aren’t enough - clients want to click on a specific floor, see available apartments, compare specifications, and check the status. And they want to do this themselves, at any time.

What we built

Interactive floor plans with clickable units - the client selects a building, floor, and unit and immediately sees the floor area, layout, price, and availability status. An apartment table with filtering allows comparison of the entire development offer in a single view.

Phoenix SejfNaDane - safe catalogue shop

About the project

Phoenix SejfNaDane is a catalogue shop for the Polish distributor of Phoenix fire-resistant safes (DISKUS Polska). The company relied on printed PDF catalogues and phone contact - clients couldn’t independently compare models, check technical specifications, or verify European certificates online.

What we built

We designed a catalogue platform with 5 main product categories - fire-resistant safes, fire-resistant cabinets, security safes, combination safes, and laptop protection. Every model has a comprehensive data sheet with detailed specifications: dimensions, weight, fire resistance class, certificates, capacity, and number of drawers.

Ukraine Travel

About the project

Ukraine Travel is a transport company handling passenger routes on the Poland–Ukraine route. Before our collaboration, the company operated without a professional online presence - clients called with questions about routes, timetables, and prices, because there was nowhere to find this information independently.

The site was meant to solve a specific problem: move repetitive phone enquiries to the online channel.

What we did

We designed and implemented a WordPress site focused on clear presentation of routes and timetables. The content structure was designed for search engines - transport phrases on the Poland–Ukraine route, city names, specific connections. These were exactly the questions clients had previously been asking by phone.

HR Event Management System

About the project

An HR company specialising in building IT teams was organising around 8 recruitment events per month - tech meetups, competency workshops, open days for developers, and speed-recruiting sessions. Each event gathered from a dozen to over a hundred participants, and the scale was growing quarter by quarter.

Preparing a single event required about 8 hours of manual work. The coordinator had to manually create forms in spreadsheets, copy participant data between tools, check for duplicates against lists from previous events, and print paper attendance sheets. With 8 events per month, this meant over 60 hours of pure administrative work - time the HR team could have spent on candidate and client relationships.
