Data controller

The controller of data submitted through the form is Hexacode, Polish tax identification number 868-186-62-87. For data protection matters, contact [email protected].

Data we process

We process your email address, inquiry, selected topic and — for an MVP scope assessment — information about validation, the intended timeline and indicative budget. Basic technical connection data may also be processed to protect the form against abuse.

We use the data only to answer your inquiry, prepare a recommendation or estimate, and continue communication about the submitted request. Processing is based on the consent given when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

We use Railway to host the form API, Resend to deliver email, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated submissions. These providers process data only to the extent needed to provide their services and under their applicable data-processing terms.

Retention

Inquiries that do not result in cooperation are retained for no longer than 12 months after correspondence ends. If cooperation begins, relevant data may be kept longer where necessary to perform the agreement, meet accounting requirements or defend legal claims.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

We do not make decisions about form users based solely on automated processing and do not use form data for marketing without a separate legal basis.
