Together with you, we select the most important functions on your site — contact form, checkout, login. We write automated tests that check them regularly — day and night. Thanks to the Guardian, we've detected overnight database outages (fixed before the office opened), broken forms after updates (alert within 5 minutes), and cart performance issues (loading time reduced from 15s to under 1s). 04 What if my site is attacked or infected?
We'll restore it from a backup and secure it against future attacks. The average market cost of a one-time malware cleanup starts at 600 PLN — in our Growth package that's included. We respond immediately upon detection, at no extra charge.
05 Are the listed prices final?
Prices start from the amounts shown and apply to standard websites. After a free call and project audit we confirm the final price. Factors that may affect the price include site size, volume of multimedia, non-standard configuration, or large backups.
06 Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. We don't lock you into long-term contracts. The notice period is 30 days from the end of the billing period. Your data and access remain yours.
07 What if I need more developer hours?
Additional hours are billed at 170 PLN net/h. You can request them whenever you want — by email, phone, or through our system.
08 What if I don't use my developer hours in a given month?
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. However, your account manager actively suggests tasks worth doing — based on analysis of your site. This ensures the hours are always well used.
09 What changes can I request within my developer hours?
Practically anything related to your site — e.g. replacing an image, updating text, adding a new subpage, connecting a tool, fixing a layout. Completion time depends on complexity — simple changes are done quickly; larger tasks are priced before we start. If a request exceeds available hours, we let you know in advance and agree on whether to proceed as extra hours (170 PLN/h).
10 Who will be looking after my site?
A specific person from our team — not an anonymous helpdesk. You know your account manager by name and have direct contact with them.
11 I'm not technical. Can I manage communication with you?
